Arrears are chased with your tenant. You don't need to do anything.

Design concept. Illustrative data.

The problem

You moved abroad. The admin didn't.

Chasing repairs

It's hard to get updates, chase contractors and keep things moving from abroad.

Unclear costs

Bills, quotes and invoices are scattered, and it's difficult to know what you're really spending.

Different time zones

Calls, messages and decisions don't fit your day, so things get delayed.

How it will work

Your repair. Handled. From first report to a confirmed fix.

01

Report it

Your tenant sends the details and photos.

02

Review the options

Quotes are compared against your approval rules.

03

Get it booked

You approve when needed, and a visit is agreed with your tenant.

04

See it resolved

Completion photos and tenant confirmation close the loop.

Human support when a case needs it.

Your rules

Your rules. Clearly applied.

Routine repairs move forward within the limits you choose. Anything outside them comes to you first.

Within your limits

£300 per job

Routine work can proceed when every rule is met, for example up to £300 a job and £600 a month.

Needs your approval

£340

Costs outside your rules come to you first, with the quotes side by side.

Needs a person

Team

Emergencies, disputes and uncertain cases go to a person.

Clear decisions.Visible costs.A record of every action.

Planned service

One place to stay in control, from anywhere.

Repairs and suppliers

Repair requests, quotes and approvals in one place, with suppliers coordinated for you.

Rent and statements

Track rent, view statements and see all property spending in one clear timeline.

Documents and reminders

Tenancy, gas safety, EPC and insurance documents in one place, with expiry reminders.

Rent guarantee

Rent guarantee and legal expenses cover included in your plan, so a missed payment isn't your problem.

Also planned: income summaries and expense records to share with your accountant. Inspections, viewing hosts and inventories will be optional and charged separately.

Fee calculator

What is your agent really costing you?

Compare your annual management fees with our planned flat fee. Look beyond the headline percentage.

Management fees only. Repairs and works are costs you pay either way, so they're not counted. If your statements show other fees, such as renewal, admin or inspection charges, add them as extra fees.

Your agent, per year£5,400

Potential fee difference £3,612 a year

Illustrative. Assumes the planned fee of £149 a month including VAT. Management fees only; repairs, optional services and switching costs are excluded. The planned fee includes rent guarantee cover, which agents often sell separately. This is not an average customer saving.

Simple, transparent pricing

One planned flat fee. Not a percentage of your rent.

A flat fee means we earn the same whether a repair costs £85 or £850.

What did your letting agent really cost you?

Send your last 12 months of agent statements. We'll send back a one-page breakdown: management fees and VAT, any other charges on the statements, the same year at our planned fee, and your notice period.

No obligation. We read the documents only to prepare your audit, and delete them if you ask.

A few more details (optional)
Would you consider switching to a £149 a month flat fee with rent guarantee included?

We'll email you to collect your statements. We use your details only for the audit and Flatward updates.

"Owning a London flat from abroad shouldn't mean hearing about problems late, guessing what you're paying for, or making decisions at 3am. That's what we're building Flatward to fix. Every waitlist reply comes to me, so tell me what your agent gets wrong."

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers.

Is the service live?

Not yet. Flatward is in development. Joining the waitlist gets you launch updates and early access, with no commitment.

Who is it for?

Owners of one or two London flats who now live overseas, whether in Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong or elsewhere.

Can I keep my current tenant?

That's the plan. We'll look at your tenancy during onboarding.

Can I switch from my agent mid-tenancy?

Often, with notice, but contract terms vary and some agents charge fees on tenants they introduced. The free fee audit reads your statements and agreement and shows your notice period. We don't promise to cover exit fees.

What happens in an emergency?

Emergencies will always go to a person, not to software. We'll publish our emergency service terms before we take on any property.

Who will hold the rent and the deposit?

We're still setting this up. Deposits must be protected in a government-approved scheme. We'll confirm client money protection and payment arrangements before we handle any rent.

Does a person review decisions?

Yes. Emergencies, disputes, legal notices and anything uncertain go to a person. Routine work only moves forward inside the rules you set, and every action is recorded.

What will the rent guarantee cover?

Unpaid rent and the legal costs of getting your property back, up to the policy limits, for tenants referenced to the insurer's standard. It's included in the £149 fee at launch. You'll see the full terms, limits and excess before you sign up, and cover starts once your policy is issued.
